HPLC Purity Testing
High-performance liquid chromatography confirms compound purity to 98%+ standards. Every batch must pass before listing.
Mass Spectrometry
Molecular weight verification ensures you receive exactly the compound listed. No substitutions, no ambiguity.
Identity Confirmation
Amino acid sequence analysis and structural verification confirm compound identity matches the Certificate of Analysis.
How to Read a COA
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by an independent lab that verifies a compound's identity, purity, and quality. Here's what to look for:
- Purity % Look for 98% or higher. This confirms the compound meets research-grade purity standards.
- Testing Method HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is the gold standard for peptide purity analysis.
- Molecular Weight Confirmed via mass spectrometry. Should match the known molecular weight of the compound within acceptable variance.
- Lab Name & Date Verify the testing lab is an accredited, independent facility. Our COAs are issued by Janoshik Analytical.
- Lot / Batch Number Cross-reference this number with the lot on your vial to ensure the COA matches your specific product.
